I’m India Smith, the founder and lead investigator of Impact Investigations , a professional investigative agency built on reliability, clarity, and results. My path into investigative work began through a career grounded in service — from probation and corrections to child protective services — where I gained a deep understanding of human behavior, accountability, and resilience.

My background in public service, along with exposure to federal-level investigative, defense, and legal training, helped shape my approach to both people and process. I bring a balanced perspective that merges technical skill with genuine insight.
